מפרט ההזמנה

כדי לסגור פגישה, צריך להמיר את הזמנת האירוח ל'הזמנה'. המידע על הלקוח (המשתמש) שמבצע את ההזמנה מועבר רק בשלב הזה. אחרי שמשתמשים בזיכיון פעם אחת כדי ליצור הזמנה, הוא מוצה ואין אפשרות להשתמש בו כדי ליצור הזמנות נוספות.
