ایجاد اجارهنامه اولین قدم هنگام رزرو یک قرار ملاقات است. بخش پشتیبانی همکار تأیید میکند که زمان درخواستی برای قرار ملاقات معتبر و همچنان در دسترس است. در داخل، همکار یک زمان انتظار موقت برای زمان درخواستی ایجاد میکند که طوری تنظیم شده است که به طور خودکار در lease_expiration_time منقضی شود. بخش پشتیبانی مجاز است lease_expiration_time تغییر دهد، مثلاً اگر زمان اجاره درخواستی بیش از حد طولانی باشد. اجارهنامه ایجاد شده به مشتری بازگردانده میشود.
