ऑनलाइन सेवाओं को लागू करना
ऑनलाइन सेवाओं का इंटिग्रेशन, अपॉइंटमेंट के मौजूदा एंड-टू-एंड इंटिग्रेशन का ऐड-ऑन है. इसके लिए, मौजूदा इंटिग्रेशन में कुछ बदलाव करने होंगे. हाई लेवल पर, इन बदलावों में ये शामिल हैं:

CancellationPolicyसेट करें. अगर यह सेटिंग सेट नहीं की गई है, तो डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से यह माना जाएगा कि रिफ़ंड की अनुमति नहीं है.

ईमेल
जब कोई उपयोगकर्ता Actions Center प्लैटफ़ॉर्म पर लेन-देन करता है, तो Actions Center डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से बुकिंग की पुष्टि, बदलाव, और रद्द करने के लिए ईमेल भेजेगा.
पार्टनर को उपयोगकर्ता को अलग-अलग ईमेल में, कॉन्फ़्रेंस की जानकारी, पेमेंट की जानकारी, और रद्द करने की नीति की जानकारी भी भेजनी चाहिए. इसके अलावा, अपॉइंटमेंट या क्लास से पहले रिमाइंडर वाला ईमेल भी भेजा जा सकता है. कृपया नीति के दस्तावेज़ को देखकर पक्का करें कि वर्चुअल क्लास के लिए, ईमेल की नीतियों का पालन किया जा रहा है.
