Modify the block tree on the existing toolbox.

updateToolbox(toolboxDef: toolbox.ToolboxDefinition | null): void;

toolboxDef	toolbox.ToolboxDefinition \| null	DOM tree of toolbox contents, string of toolbox contents, or JSON representing toolbox definition.
