İletişim kutuları nasıl çalışır?
Kullanıcı bir karttaki düğmeyi tıkladığında veya eğik çizgi komutu yayınladığında Chat uygulaması kullanıcıyla etkileşimde bulunmak için bir iletişim kutusu açabilir.
İletişim kutusu, kullanıcıların metin giriş alanları gibi widget'lar ile bilgi girmesine izin vererek kullanıcı etkileşimini kolaylaştırır. Chat uygulamaları kullanıcılardan çok fazla bilgi toplarken sıralı iletişim kutuları açabilir.
İşlemi tamamladığınızda Chat uygulaması, kullanıcıların iletişim kutusuna JSON olarak girdiği değerleri alır. Kısa mesaj veya kart ekleyerek etkileşimlerinin başarılı olduğunu kullanıcılara bildirin.
İletişim kutusu açma
Chat uygulamanız bir kullanıcıya yanıt olarak aşağıdaki iletişim kutusunu açabilir:
- Bir karttaki düğmesini tıklamak.

Bir kullanıcı iletişim kutusu istediğinde Chat uygulamanız bir Google Chat Event alır:
