- ما المعلومات الواردة في اسم الملف؟
- سيحتوي كل اسم ملف على سلسلة من الأرقام، مثل:
dcm_account1234_impression_2016022601_20160225_234912_218211994.csv.gz
2016022601 بتنسيق YYYYMMDDHH. هذه هي ساعة UTC للأحداث
في هذا الملف (تتراوح الساعات من 0 إلى 23).20160225_234912 بتنسيق YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.
هذا هو الوقت الذي تم فيه إنشاء التقرير حسب وقت الحساب المحلي (DCM، سواء كان موحَّدًا) أو

- قد يحدث ذلك. إذا كان هناك أكثر من ملف واحد له طابع التاريخ/الساعة نفسه، استخدِم الملف الذي يتضمن أحدث دقيقة / ثانية، استنادًا إلى الطابع الزمني لاسم الملف.
- أعتقد أن بعض بياناتي غير صحيحة، فما الذي يمكنني فعله؟
- اتصل بممثل الدعم للحصول على معلومات حول المشكلة. وفي حال عدم توفّر البيانات، قدِّم تفاصيل عن ساعات العمل المفقودة والملفات التي لم تُحتسَب.
