必要欄位。使用者建立共用雲端硬碟的冪等要求的專屬 ID，例如隨機 UUID。來自相同使用者且要求 ID 相同的重複要求，就能嘗試建立同一個共用雲端硬碟，藉此避免重複建立要求。如果共用雲端硬碟已存在，系統會傳回 409 錯誤。

如果成功，回應主體會包含新建立的 Drive 例項。
