חובה. מזהה, כמו מזהה ייחודי אוניברסלי (UUID) אקראי, שמזהה באופן ייחודי את הבקשה של המשתמש ליצור אחסון שיתופי באופן עצמאי. אם מדובר בבקשה חוזרת של אותו משתמש ועם אותו מזהה בקשה, כדי שזה לא ייווצרו כפילויות, לא יהיה ניסיון ליצור את אותו אחסון שיתופי. אם האחסון השיתופי כבר קיים, תוחזר שגיאת 409.

גוף הבקשה מכיל מופע של Drive.
גוף התגובה
אם הפעולה בוצעה ללא שגיאות, גוף התגובה יכלול מופע חדש של Drive שנוצר.
