Biography
Frederic is the founding manager of Axance – a Paris-based design consulting firm, focused on incorporating user-centered design principles into the online product lifecycle. Axance has been a user experience market leader since 1999.
He is also co-founder of one of the largest and most experienced international network of UX specialists – UXalliance
Frederic has led over 100 international UX studies in the last 15 years, and contributed to a chapter of the 'Handbook of Global User Research' published in 2009 (editor: R. Schumarcher).
He studied Business Management at Paris University (la Sorbonne) and has a masters degrees in Industrial Design and Art History
