Biography
Jerry is a long-time systems engineer who has worked with a variety of technologies, both as an employee and an entrepreneur in many business areas. His passions include (but are not limited to) security, cloud computing, containers, microservices, (mobile) backends, and big data analytics. He is currently working with multiple programming languages and frameworks, and is always on the lookout for the "next big thing".
Jerry is an active member in the local tech scene, and he is passionate in sharing his knowledge with individuals and companies, through both public talks and mentoring. Currently working as a Senior System Architect at Qvik (Helsinki, Finland), his main responsibilities include designing and developing backend infrastructures, build tools for other developers, as well as building native mobile experiences. Most recently, he has begun to train local developers for Google Cloud Platform certification.
