Dieses Script erweitert die Funktionen der Version der allgemeinen Ausschlussliste für einzelne Konten so, dass es mit mehreren Konten in einem Verwaltungskonto funktioniert. Dieses Skript vereinfacht die Verwaltung einer gemeinsamen Ausschlussliste für Kampagnen in mehreren Konten.

Funktionsweise

Das Skript liest Ausschlusskriterien aus einer Google-Tabelle. Im Google Ads-Konto wird eine freigegebene Liste mit Ausschlusskriterien erstellt und mit den Kriterien aus der Tabelle synchronisiert. Für Keywords und Placements werden separate Listen erstellt. Listen werden in jedem verwalteten Konto einzeln erstellt und in jedem Konto synchronisiert, damit sie der Konfiguration in der Tabelle entsprechen.

Das Skript sorgt dann dafür, dass die Liste mit Ausschlusskriterien auf alle Kampagnen im Konto angewendet wird. Sie können die Liste der Kampagnen bei Bedarf einschränken, indem Sie in der Konfigurationstabelle ein Label angeben, um bei der Verarbeitung von Kampagnen nach der Einbeziehung zu filtern.

Optional sendet das Skript eine E-Mail mit einer Zusammenfassung seiner Aktionen an eine in der Konfigurationstabelle angegebene E-Mail-Adresse.

  • Das Skript verarbeitet standardmäßig alle ENABLED- und PAUSED-Kampagnen in einem Konto. So schränken Sie die Liste der verarbeiteten Kampagnen ein:

    1. Erstellen Sie in jedem zu verarbeitenden Konto ein Label.
    2. Wenden Sie dieses Label auf die Liste der zu verarbeitenden Kampagnen an.
    3. Geben Sie dieses Label in Zelle C3 der Konfigurationstabelle an.
  • Das Skript verarbeitet standardmäßig alle Kampagnen, auf die über Ihr Verwaltungskonto zugegriffen werden kann. Wenn Sie sich auf eine bestimmte Untergruppe von Konten beschränken möchten, geben Sie in Zelle C7 eine durch Kommas getrennte Liste von Kundennummern im Format XXX-XXX-XXXX an.

  • Geben Sie in Zelle C6 eine E-Mail-Adresse an, um eine Zusammenfassungs-E-Mail zu erhalten, sobald das Skript ausgeführt wurde.

  • Das Skript erstellt separate gemeinsam genutzte Listen mit Ausschlusskriterien für Keywords und Placements in den von ihm verarbeiteten Konten. Geben Sie die Namen der gemeinsam genutzten Listen mit Ausschlusskriterien in der Konfigurationstabelle in die Zellen C4 und C5 ein.

  • Lassen Sie das Protokollpräfix (http:// oder https://) aus den Placement-URLs in der Placement-Liste weg.

  • Achten Sie darauf, dass bei allen Placement-URLs keine abschließenden Schrägstriche (/) enthalten sind.

  • Achten Sie darauf, dass alle Placement-URLs in der Tabelle kleingeschrieben sind.
