Bir IMA SDK sürümü, kendisinden sonraki sürümün yayınlanmasından itibaren 12 ay boyunca desteklenir.
Ardından eski sürümün desteği sonlandırılır.

Geliştiricilerin, desteğin sonlandırılma tarihlerini önlemek için uygulamalarını her yayınladıklarında en yeni IMA SDK'sını eklemeleri önerilir. En yeni SDK'nın desteğinin sonlandırılma tarihi, daha yeni bir SDK yayınlanana kadar ayarlanmaz. Bu nedenle, 1 yıllık yayın döngüsüne sahip uygulamalar bile her zaman desteklenen bir SDK'da kalabilir.
