Untuk menuntaskan janji temu, Lease dikonversi menjadi Pemesanan. Informasi tentang klien (pengguna) yang melakukan pemesanan hanya ditransfer pada tahap ini. Setelah Lease digunakan sekali untuk membuat Pemesanan, Lease ini akan dihentikan dan tidak dapat digunakan untuk membuat pemesanan lebih lanjut.
