This API provides comprehensive weather data, including current conditions, hourly and daily forecasts, and hourly historical data on a global scale. Available in experimental phase as of January 21, 2025, the Weather API is now available for you to test and provide valuable feedback. The Weather API will be available at no cost during this experimental development phase. To get onboarded for the Weather API, sign up here.

The New Places SDK expands our features offered for Places and includes the all new Nearby Search, and Text Search features. Nearby Search (New) request takes one or more place types, and returns a list of matching places within the specified area. Text Search (New) returns information about a set of places matching the text string and any location bias that has been set.
