依據項目 ID 取得 TranscriptEntry 資源。
注意：Google Meet API 傳回的轉錄稿項目可能會與 Google 文件轉錄稿檔案中的轉錄稿有所出入。如果 Google 文件的轉錄稿檔案在產生後經過修改，就可能發生這種情形。
