ListQuotaGroupsResponse

Response message for the ListMethodGroups method.

`quota_groups[]`	`QuotaGroup` The methods, current quota usage and limits per each group. The quota is shared between all methods in the group. The groups are sorted in descending order based on `quota_usage` .
`next_page_token`	`string` A token, which can be sent as `page_token` to retrieve the next page. If this field is omitted, there are no subsequent pages.
