Module for MCMC sampling of posterior distributions in a Meridian model.

Classes

class MCMCOOMError: The Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) sampling exceeds memory limits.

class MCMCSamplingError: The Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) sampling failed.

class PosteriorMCMCSampler: A callable that samples from posterior distributions using MCMC.
