Operator Configuration using Google ISP Portal

The Google ISP portal is where Google supports entry and updates to DPA configurations for production environment. Operators can log into [isp.google.com] and self-administer any additions or updates.

ASN/MCC/MNC: Operators to provide their identifiers
API URLs: These are the API endpoints for each service, CPID and Oauth endpoints
OAuth credentials: Client ID and access scope. Due to Google’s security policy it is not possible to configure and update client secrets through the ISP portal
IP prefixes that define the list of IPs available to consumers
