Model Registration

All Provider models must be registered with Google before they will work with Fast Pair. After registration, Google will distribute a Model ID and Anti-Spoofing Public/Private Key Pair. The information provided during registration is used in the pairing suggestion presented to the user, and may be used in other UX.

Note: By default, Fast Pair attempts to connect to A2DP and HFP after bonding to better support pairing with headphones. If the Provider being registered does not support these audio profiles, then there is an option when registering a device to "Skip connecting audio profiles (e.g. A2DP, HFP)" which should be enabled. This also applies to BLE only devices.
