開發人員可以使用工作流程程式庫，在裝置上使用 FHIR 和臨床品質語言 (CQL) 建構支援工作流程的應用程式，以便引導醫療照護服務，並產生行動數據分析。
Workflow 程式庫支援兩種主要用途：
- 啟用臨床決策支援功能，在就醫時產生個人化 FHIR 照護計劃
