دوره آزمایشی مبدأ کوکی‌های دارای دولت مستقل (CHIPS) تمدید شد
نسخه آزمایشی اصلی اکنون تا 25 اکتبر 2022 در Chrome 106+ در دسترس خواهد بود.
CHIPS یک پیشنهاد جعبه ایمنی حریم خصوصی است که مکانیزمی را برای شرکت در داشتن کوکی های شخص ثالث پارتیشن بندی شده توسط سایت سطح بالا با استفاده از یک ویژگی کوکی جدید، Partitioned معرفی می کند.
این آزمایش در کروم 100 در 29 مارس 2022 شروع شد و قرار بود تا 14 ژوئن 2022 اجرا شود.
از نسخه 103، Chrome یک طرح آزمایشی جایگزین CHIPS برای کوکی‌های HTTP خواهد داشت که باید مکانیزمی را فعال کند که استقرار را برای سازمان‌های بزرگ آسان‌تر کند.
در طراحی جدید، ارسال هدر Accept-CH: Sec-CH-Partitioned-Cookies دیگر برای ثبت نام در نسخه آزمایشی اصلی لازم نیست. زمانی که سایت‌ها پاسخ‌هایی را ارسال می‌کنند که شامل سرصفحه Set-Cookie با ویژگی Partitioned می‌شود، فقط باید سرصفحه Origin-Trial با نشانه آزمایشی مبدا CHIPS ارسال کنند.
