AlertScope

The following table describes the values for the <AlertScope> enumeration in <alert> entities:

Value	Description
`Public`	The `Public` value indicates that the alert is for general dissemination to unrestricted audiences.
`Restricted`	The `Restricted` value indicates that the alert is for dissemination only to users with a known operational requirement.
`Private`	The `Private` value indicates that the alert is for dissemination only to specific addresses.
