值	說明
Shelter	Shelter 值會通知接收者將居家避難所，或根據 <instruction> 元素。
Evacuate	Evacuate 值會提醒收件者按照 <instruction> 元素中的操作說明重新定位。
Prepare	Prepare 值會提醒收件者根據 <instruction> 元素做準備。
Execute	Execute 值會提醒收件者執行 <instruction> 元素中定義的預定活動。
Avoid	Avoid 值會通知收件者，以免發生 <instruction> 元素中所述的主題事件。
Monitor	Monitor 值會提醒收件者參與資訊來源，如 <instruction> 元素中所述。
Assess	Assess 值會提醒收件者評估快訊訊息中的資訊。 請勿在公開警告應用程式中使用「評估」值。
AllClear	AllClear 值表示主旨事件已無威脅或疑慮，且 <instruction> 元素中會說明任何後續動作。
None	None 值表示沒有建議採取任何行動。
