https://github.com/cytoscape/cytoscape-tutorials/wiki のチュートリアルは優れていますが、ほとんどが GUI ベースで、Python や R で自動化されていません。
Cytoscape チュートリアルの内容は、できるだけ Python と R の両方で記述し、Jupyter Notebook と R Markdown のギャラリー サイトを作成します。これらのサイトのデザインは、https://plot.ly/ipython-notebooks/ や https://rmarkdown.rstudio.com/gallery.html のようになります。
新しいコンテンツの一貫性を維持するため、CI サービスと https://github.com/cytoscape/docker-cytoscape-desktop を使用します（つまり、Jupyter Notebook と R Markdown の実行を自動化します）。
