Method: matters.holds.accounts.create
Menambahkan akun ke pembekuan. Akun hanya dapat ditambahkan ke pembekuan yang tidak memiliki unit organisasi yang ditetapkan. Jika Anda mencoba menambahkan akun ke penangguhan berbasis unit organisasi, error akan ditampilkan.
