Meet WTM Ambassador Rafna

Rafna Bash is the CEO and Founder of Aktibeto, an online venture that helps women returning to tech after a career break and those transitioning into the industry to activate, relaunch, and reinvent their careers.

She works as a tech consultant for startup founders, small businesses, and organizations to help them understand their technical needs and develop a path forward.

As a mentor, she is passionate about guiding her mentees to develop their skills and excel in their careers. She's a proud caring daughter, older sister, loving wife, and dedicated mother who successfully balances family and work life.

When asked what she wished every woman who is interested in getting into tech industry knew, she said:
