Sobre esta solução

Criar um sistema completo de inscrição em atividades externas. A solução cria um formulário para os funcionários expressarem as preferências de atividade e corresponde essas preferências ao cronograma de atividades.

Como funciona

Usando um cronograma de atividades no Planilhas Google, o script cria um arquivo do Formulários Google para os funcionários selecionarem as preferências de atividade. Depois de receber as respostas, o script faz a correspondência das preferências do funcionário com o cronograma e a capacidade de cada atividade. As correspondências são fornecidas em duas novas planilhas, uma organizada por funcionário e a outra por atividade.

Pré-requisitos

Para usar essa amostra, você precisa dos seguintes pré-requisitos:

  • Uma Conta do Google (contas do Google Workspace podem exigir a aprovação do administrador).
  • Um navegador da Web com acesso à Internet.

Configurar o script

Clique no botão a seguir para fazer uma cópia da planilha de exemplo Offsite Activity Sign-up. O projeto do Apps Script para esta solução está anexado à planilha.

Executar o script

  1. Na planilha copiada, clique em Atividades > Criar formulário. Talvez seja necessário atualizar a página para que esse menu personalizado apareça.
  2. Quando solicitado, autorize o script. Se a tela de permissão OAuth mostrar o aviso Este app não foi verificado, continue selecionando Avançado > Acessar {Nome do projeto} (não seguro).

  3. Clique em Atividades > Criar formulário novamente.

  4. Para gerar respostas de teste, clique em Atividades > Gerar dados de teste.

  5. Para testar o formulário, clique em Ferramentas > Gerenciar formulário > Ir para o formulário publicado.

  6. Preencha e envie o formulário.

  7. Na planilha, clique em Atividades > Atribuir atividades.

  8. Analise as duas novas planilhas: Atividades por pessoa e Listas de atividades.
