Sobre esta solução

Colete planilhas de ponto semanais dos funcionários usando um formulário com o Formulários Google. No Planilhas Google, calcule o pagamento dos funcionários, aprove ou reprove as planilhas de ponto e envie e-mails notificando o status de aprovação.

Como funciona

O script cria um formulário e vincula as respostas à planilha. O script adiciona colunas à planilha de respostas do formulário que calculam o total de horas e o pagamento semanal dos funcionários. Depois que uma folha de ponto é analisada, o script envia um e-mail ao funcionário com o status da aprovação.

Serviços do Apps Script

Essa solução usa os seguintes serviços:

  • Serviço de planilha: recebe respostas do formulário e grava colunas na página para gerenciar as aprovações.
  • Serviço Formulários: cria um formulário para os funcionários inserirem as folhas de ponto semanais.
  • Serviço de e-mail: envia e-mails para os funcionários para notificá-los quando as planilhas de horas foram aprovadas ou não.

Pré-requisitos

Para usar essa amostra, você precisa dos seguintes pré-requisitos:

  • Uma Conta do Google (contas do Google Workspace podem exigir a aprovação do administrador).
  • Um navegador da Web com acesso à Internet.

Configurar o script

Criar o projeto do Apps Script

  1. Clique no botão a seguir para fazer uma cópia da planilha de amostra Coletar e revisar planilhas de horas. O projeto do Apps Script para esta solução está anexado à planilha.

  2. Na planilha copiada, clique em Planilhas > Configuração de formulário. Pode ser necessário atualizar a página para que esse menu personalizado apareça.
  3. Quando solicitado, autorize o script. Se a tela de permissão OAuth mostrar o aviso Este app não foi verificado, continue selecionando Avançado > Acessar {Nome do projeto} (não seguro).

  4. Depois de autorizar o script, clique em Planilhas > Configuração de formulário novamente.

Adicionar dados

  1. Clique em Ferramentas > Gerenciar formulário > Acessar o formulário publicado.
  2. Preencha e envie o formulário com os dados do teste.

Executar o script

  1. Volte para a planilha.
  2. Na página Respostas do formulário, clique em Planilhas > Configuração de colunas.
  3. Na coluna Aprovação, marque as respostas de amostra como Aprovado ou Não aprovado.
  4. Clique em Planilhas > Notificar funcionários.
  5. Verifique seu e-mail para confirmar que você recebeu uma mensagem de aprovação ou rejeição.
