في 7 آذار (مارس) 2019، ستتوقف عمليات دمج Google+ للويب والتطبيقات المتوافقة مع الأجهزة الجوّالة، وبوجه خاص:
ستبدأ عملية الإيقاف تدريجيًا في أواخر شهر كانون الثاني (يناير) مع تعذُّر إجراء عمليات دمج الويب والتطبيقات المتوافقة مع الأجهزة الجوّالة وظهور ذلك على فترات متقطعة اعتبارًا من 28 كانون الثاني (يناير) 2019.
ننصح مطوّري البرامج بإزالة الرمز ذي الصلة من مواقعهم على الويب و/أو التطبيقات المتوافقة مع الأجهزة الجوّالة في أقرب وقت ممكن إذ سيتمّ أيضًا إيقاف واجهة برمجة تطبيقات Google+ وميزة "تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Google+". يُرجى الاطّلاع على هذا الإشعار الإضافي.
