سياسات الإجراءات المستندة إلى المكان
لضمان تقديم تجربة مستخدم متّسقة عند التفاعل مع روابط "الإجراء في مكان معيّن"، على جميع مقدّمي منصات "الإجراء في مكان معيّن" الالتزام بالتوجيهات التالية:
يجب أن تؤدي روابط الإجراءات المستنِدة إلى المكان إلى صفحة مقصودة مخصّصة للتاجر.
يجب ألا تؤدي الروابط إلى الصفحة الرئيسية لمقدّم المنصة أو أي صفحات أخرى.
بالنسبة إلى الإجراءات التي يتم تنفيذها شخصيًا للأنشطة التجارية التي لها مواقع جغرافية متعددة، يجب أن تؤدي روابط الإجراءات المستنِدة إلى مكان إلى صفحة مقصودة مخصّصة للموقع الجغرافي المحدّد من Google
(ما لم يتم إعفاؤها بموجب سياسات خاصة بالمجالات).
يجب أن تسمح روابط اتّخاذ إجراء للمستخدم بإكمال الإجراء المحدّد.
على سبيل المثال، يجب أن يسمح رابط "طلب" للمستخدم بإكمال طلب بدون
إجراء مكالمة هاتفية أو الانتقال إلى موقع إلكتروني أو تطبيق آخر.
تم تفعيل الفئات التالية حاليًا لعمليات دمج "الربط" و"إعادة التوجيه" في "مركز الإجراءات" للأنشطة التجارية:
مطاعم
نشاط تجاري يقدّم خدمات على الإنترنت
تجار البيع بالتجزئة
سيتم التحقق من الالتزام بهذه السياسة بشكل استباقي وبصفة منتظمة.
ويمكن أن يؤدي انتهاك السياسة إلى إزالة جميع الروابط المخصّصة لاتّخاذ إجراء في الأماكن التي قدّمها موفّر المنصة بشكل دائم.
