Publishing API：您只能将 Publishing API 用于与您按照《Google Play 开发者分发协议》分发产品相关的活动。您不得有以下行为：通过第三方的开发者账号使用 Publishing API；使用 Publishing API 代表第三方通过开发者工具或服务发布应用；与第三方共用您自己的开发者账号，以便第三方以您的名义使用 Publishing API。如果您违反这项规定，我们可能会暂停、终止您对 Publishing API 和您的开发者账号的使用权限，并可能暂停或下架在违反这项规定的情况下创建、上传、发布、分发或更新的第三方应用。
voidedPurchases API：您只能使用 voidedPurchases API 和获得的相关数据来撤消对已作废的购买交易（由 Google 退款或由发卡机构退款）的访问权限，以及防范欺诈行为。根据《API 服务条款》，通过 voidedPurchases API 分享的数据被视为 Google 机密信息，除非获得明确许可，否则不得外泄。此外，所有通过 voidedPurchases API 获得的用户数据均受《Google 控制方-控制方数据保护条款》约束。如果您违反这项规定，我们可能会暂停或终止您对 voidedPurchases API 或您的开发者账号的使用权限。
