Event
An event is an occasion that conveys information about the state of the
conversation. For example, when a representative joins the conversation, this
is an event.
Events may be either user-initiated, such as when a user requests to speak with
a live agent, or agent-initiated, such as when the live agent representative
joins the conversation. Additionally, some types of events may be initiated by
either party, such as the typing event that indicates when someone in the
conversation is typing.
