here.
Message
A message is a discrete set of content (text, media, etc.) sent from one party
to another. With Business Messages, you can receive messages from users and send
response messages.
Messages may contain different types of content. For example, the user may send
the following types of messages to the agent:
- Plain text
- Images
- Suggested action replies
- Authentication requests
Likewise, the agent may send the following types of information to the user:
- Plain text
- Rich text with limited Markdown formatting support
- Suggested replies
- Suggested actions
- Suggestions to authenticate via OAuth
- Suggestions to request a live agent
- Rich cards containing multiple pieces of information, usually at least media and a title
- Rich card carousels that string together multiple rich cards
Message context
Each message contains context information about where the message originated.
You can use the context to make routing decisions, such as which location to
route the message to.
