All agents that want to launch on\nyour network start in a Pending state.\n\nIf you [approve](#approve) the agent, it launches and can send traffic on\nyour network.\n\nIf you [reject](#reject) an agent, you can work with the agent owner to resolve\nissues so you can approve the agent, or you can remove it from the RBM\nAdministration Console.\n\nIf you [suspend](#suspend) an agent, it temporarily can't send traffic.\n[Reactivating](#reactivate) an agent returns it to Launched status, while\n[terminating](#terminate) an agent permanently removes it from your network.\n\nReview agent launches\n---------------------\n\n1. Open the [RBM Administration Console](https://business-communications.cloud.google.com/console/partner-console/carrier-agents) and sign in with your RBM Carrier Google Account.\n2. Choose an agent with a Pending status.\n3. Assess the agent against the launch criteria for your network.\n - Navigate to Agent information to review the agent's branding.\n - We recommend reviewing the agent's [Use Case](/business-communications/rcs-business-messaging/guides/learn/agent-use-cases#UseCases) and [Billing Category](/business-communications/rcs-business-messaging/guides/build/agents#billingCategory) to ensure they align with the agent's expected behavior.\n - Navigate to Launch to review the agent's launch information.\n\n### Approve an agent\n\nIf an agent complies with the launch criteria for your network, you can approve\nthe agent launch. When you approve an agent to launch on your network, the agent\ncan immediately begin communicating with your end-users.\n\nTo approve an agent launch on your network, follow these steps:\n\n1. Open the [RBM Administration Console](https://business-communications.cloud.google.com/console/partner-console/carrier-agents) and sign in with your RBM Carrier Google Account.\n2. Navigate to Launch.\n3. Click **Approve**.\n4. In the confirmation dialog, click **Approve**.\n\n### Reject an agent\n\nIf an agent doesn't comply with the launch criteria for your network, you can\nreject the agent launch. When you reject an agent, you need to provide a reason,\nwhich Google communicates to the agent owners.\n\nIf you reject an agent, you can reach out to the agent owners to try to fix the\nissues you identified.\n\n- Find the agent's primary email in Agent information.\n- Find the email for the individual who submitted the launch request in the agent's launch questionnaire.\n\nIf you and the agent owner can resolve the issues, you can [approve](#approve)\nthe agent launch. If the issues can't be resolved, you can remove the agent from\nthe RBM Administration Console.\n| **Caution:** If you reject an agent and remove it from the RBM Administration Console, the agent owners must restart the agent launch process before resubmitting their agent to launch on your network. This takes time.\n\nTo reject an agent launch on your network, follow these steps:\n\n1. Click **Reject**.\n2. Provide a reason for rejecting the agent.\n3. Click **Reject**.\n\nSuspend an agent\n----------------\n\nWhen an agent behaves erratically or breaks contract, you can suspend the agent\nto temporarily halt its traffic on your network. Suspending an agent gives you\nthe opportunity to investigate its recent behavior and reach out to the agent\nowner.\n\n1. Open the [RBM Administration\n Console](https://business-communications.cloud.google.com/console/partner-console/carrier-agents) and sign in with your RBM Carrier Google Account.\n2. Choose the agent you want to suspend.\n3. Click **Suspend**.\n4. Provide a reason for suspending the agent. Google will communicate this\n reason to the agent owner.\n\n5. Click **Suspend**.\n\n### Reactivate a suspended agent\n\nWhen you or an agent owner resolve issues with a suspended agent, you can\nreactivate the agent to re-enable its traffic on your network. When you\nreactivate an agent, the agent can immediately begin communicating with your\nend-users.\n\nTo reactivate a suspended agent, follow these steps:\n\n1. Open the [RBM Administration\n Console](https://business-communications.cloud.google.com/console/partner-console/carrier-agents) and sign in with your RBM Carrier Google Account.\n2. Choose the agent you want to restore.\n3. Click **Reactivate**.\n4. In the confirmation dialog, click **Reactivate**.\n\n### Terminate a suspended agent\n\nIf you suspend an agent, but neither you nor the agent owner can resolve the\nissue that prompted suspension, you can terminate the agent. Terminating an\nagent removes the agent from your network and from the RBM Administration\nConsole.\n| **Caution:** If you terminate an agent, the agent owner must restart the agent launch process before resubmitting their agent to launch on your network.
