概览
表示媒体队列项的类。
此对象的实例不可变。
此类用于发送者应用和接收者应用之间的双向通信。发送者构造这些媒体对象以在接收器应用中加载或插入媒体项列表。接收器中的 GCKMediaStatus 还包含表示为此类实例的项目列表。
加载后，接收器会为每个 GCKMediaQueueItem 分配一个唯一的项 ID，即使同一媒体多次加载也是如此。
