Method: archiveJobs.getPortabilityArchiveState

Retrieves the state of an Archive job for the Portability API.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
name

string

Required. The archive job ID that is returned when you request the state of the job. The format is: archiveJobs/{archive_job}/portabilityArchiveState. archive_job is the job ID returned by the InitiatePortabilityArchiveResponse.

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

Resource that contains the state of an Archive job.

If successful, the response body contains data with the following structure:

state

enum (State)

Resource that represents the state of the Archive job.
urls[]

string

If the state is complete, this method returns the signed URLs of the objects in the Cloud Storage bucket.
name

string

The resource name of ArchiveJob's PortabilityArchiveState singleton. The format is: archiveJobs/{archive_job}/portabilityArchiveState. archive_job is the job ID provided in the request.
startTime

string (Timestamp format)

The timestamp that represents the starting point for the data you are exporting. This field is set only if the startTime field is specified in the InitiatePortabilityArchiveRequest.

Uses RFC 3339, where generated output will always be Z-normalized and uses 0, 3, 6 or 9 fractional digits. Offsets other than "Z" are also accepted. Examples: "2014-10-02T15:01:23Z", "2014-10-02T15:01:23.045123456Z" or "2014-10-02T15:01:23+05:30".
exportTime

string (Timestamp format)

The timestamp that represents the end point for the data you are exporting. If the endTime value is set in the InitiatePortabilityArchiveRequest, this field is set to that value. If endTime is not set, this value is set to the time the export was requested.

Uses RFC 3339, where generated output will always be Z-normalized and uses 0, 3, 6 or 9 fractional digits. Offsets other than "Z" are also accepted. Examples: "2014-10-02T15:01:23Z", "2014-10-02T15:01:23.045123456Z" or "2014-10-02T15:01:23+05:30".

State

The state of the Archive job. This enum is frozen.

Enums
STATE_UNSPECIFIED Default value. This value is unused.
IN_PROGRESS The job is in progress.
COMPLETE The job is complete.
FAILED The job failed.
CANCELLED The job is cancelled.
