Revoga os tokens OAuth e redefine os escopos esgotados para um par de usuário/projeto. Esse método permite iniciar uma solicitação depois que um novo consentimento é concedido. Esse método também indica que os arquivos anteriores podem ser coletados. Chame esse método quando todos os jobs estiverem concluídos e todos os arquivos forem transferidos por download. Não chame apenas quando iniciar um novo job.
