Data Portability API זמין לציבור וגלוי בספריית ה-API על ידי חיפוש "Data Portability API". אפשר להפעיל אותה בממשק המשתמש או באמצעות ה-CLI של gcloud.
כדי להפעיל אותו באמצעות ה-CLI של gcloud, מריצים את הפקודה הזו.
gcloud services enable dataportability.googleapis.com
כדי לוודא ש-Data Portability API מופעל, צריך להיכנס לדף Enabled APIs and services.
