Method: users.settings.cse.identities.create
사용자 계정에서 메일을 보낼 수 있도록 승인된 클라이언트 측 암호화 ID를 만들고 구성합니다. Google에서는 Google Workspace 조직 내 사용자가 메일을 암호화하여 해당 ID로 보낼 수 있도록 S/MIME 인증서를 공유 도메인 전체 디렉터리에 게시합니다.

URL은 gRPC 트랜스코딩 구문을 사용합니다.
