ספריית Knowledge Manager נועדה לפרוס ולנהל משאבים של הגדרות FHIR, כמו שאלונים, ערכות ערכים והגדרות תוכנית, שפורסמים לרוב יחד כחלק ממדריך להטמעת FHIR.
