Spezielle Empfehlungen zum Thema CAP für Tsunamis

Strukturierte Tsunamiparameter

Eine Tsunamiwarnung enthält idealerweise einige oder alle der folgenden Informationen:

  • Wellenzeiten, -höhen und -positionen
    • Zeiten und Höhen sollten sowohl vorhergesagte als auch beobachtete Werte enthalten. Bei Höhen können diese Werte entweder genau (z. B. "0,5m") oder ein Bereich (z. B. "0,3m–0,5m") sein. Für Zeiten müssen sie exakt sein, z.B. 2012-04-11T17:00:13-07:00.
    • Standorte müssen als Punkte mit Breiten- und Längengraden angegeben werden, damit Google Warnungen und Ankunftszeiten in Google Warnungen angezeigt werden. Standortnamen müssen eindeutig und nutzerfreundlich sein.
  • Formen eines Küstenabschnitts, die als Shapefiles oder KMLs angegeben werden können, solange sich der Geocode-Name in der Datei befindet
  • Rich Media-Ressourcen wie Energiekarten oder Reisekarten

Da die OASIS-CAP-Spezifikation keine Richtlinien dafür enthält, wie Benachrichtigungsaussteller Tsunamis bereitstellen sollten, haben wir Formate gefunden, mit denen wir bereits gearbeitet haben und die daher mit Google Warnungen kompatibel sind.
