- دستگاه خدمات رادیویی باند پهن شهروندان (CBSD) : یک دستگاه فیزیکی است که پس از دریافت مجوز از SAS می تواند در باند CBRS ارسال کند. به عنوان مثال می توان به یک ایستگاه پایه تلفن همراه یا یک eNodeB اشاره کرد.
