使用时需遵守客户的《Google Workspace 协议》
只有根据《Google Workspace 协议》根据《Google Workspace 协议》接受 Google 服务的 Google Workspace 客户（以下简称“您”或“客户”），才能使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK。使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK 时，您必须遵守客户同意的《Google Workspace 协议》以及本《Google Workspace Admin SDK 条款》。

使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK、客户令牌和 Google Workspace API 文档从 Google 获取的内容需遵守《Google Workspace 协议》中规定的保密义务。

违规或过期
如果客户使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK 的行为违反了这些条款或《Google Workspace 协议》的条款，Google 可以暂停客户对 Google Workspace Admin SDK 的访问权限，恕不另行通知；如果客户未在服务暂停后的三十 (30) 天内纠正任何此类违规行为，则 Google 可以终止客户对 Google Workspace Admin SDK 的访问权限。《Google Workspace 协议》到期或终止后，客户必须停止对 Google Workspace Admin SDK 的所有使用；如果 Google 要求，则须以书面形式证明停止使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK。

License Manager API 和 Directory API
如果使用 License Manager API 或 Directory API 获得用户许可或配置的用户数量超出使用 API 之前客户需要支付的费用，则使用许可管理器 API 或 Directory API 所产生的费用可能会产生额外的结算账号费用。这些额外费用将按照客户针对许可或配置产品同意的费率和条款进行结算。

与您的 API 客户端相关的规定
除了《API 服务条款》第 3 条的规定之外，您还同意：

许可
Google 授予客户一项不可转让且非排他性的个人权利和许可，允许客户根据《Google Workspace 协议》和 API 文档使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK 来使用服务。这包括将 Google Workspace Admin SDK 用于：(a) 访问 Google 服务器；(b) 开发 Google Workspace Admin SDK 客户端；(c) 创建或管理最终用户账号；以及 (d) 通过 Google Workspace Admin SDK 接收客户最终用户的内容。

API 可能会更改
由于 Google Workspace Admin SDK 可能会随时间推移而发生变化，因此客户如果开发任何使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK 的知识产权，或基于、涉及或依赖 Google Workspace Admin SDK，都将自行承担开发相关风险。

禁止行为
除了《API 服务条款》第 4 条中的禁止事项之外，您还需遵守以下规定：

Email Audit API
Email Audit API 并非专门设计，不应用于常规备份、归档或日记用途。Google 保留阻止客户以可能会对 Email Audit API 的性能或可用性产生不利影响的方式使用 Email Audit API 的权利。使用 Email Audit API 的 API 客户端（以下简称“Email API 客户端”）必须仅限于客户内部使用，且不得提供给第三方。客户只能使用自己的客户令牌创建 Email Audit API 客户端。

Your use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK is subject to your compliance with the Google Workspace Agreement agreed to by Customer and these Google Workspace Admin SDK Terms.\n 2.\n\n ### Confidential information\n\n Content obtained from Google using the Google Workspace Admin SDK, Customer Tokens, and the Google Workspace API documentation are subject to the confidentiality obligations contained in the Google Workspace Agreement.\n 3.\n\n ### Breach or expiration\n\n If Customer's use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK violates these terms or the terms of the Google Workspace Agreement, Google may suspend Customer's access to the Google Workspace Admin SDK without notice, and may terminate Customer's access to the Google Workspace Admin SDK if Customer has not cured any such violation within thirty (30) days of the suspension. Upon expiration or termination of the Google Workspace Agreement, Customer must cease all use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK and, if requested by Google, certify this cessation of use in writing.\n 4.\n\n ### License Manager API and Directory API\n\n Use of the License Manager API or Directory API may result in additional charges to Customer's billing account if the API is used to license or provision more users than the Customer has paid for prior to the use of the API. Billing for these additional charges will be at the rates and on the terms Customer has agreed to for the product licensed or provisioned.\n3.\n\n Provisions regarding your API Clients\n -------------------------------------\n\n In addition to the provisions in Section 3 of the API ToS, you agree that:\n 1.\n\n ### License\n\n Google grants Customer a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the Google Workspace Admin SDK in connection with its use of the Services in accordance with the Google Workspace Agreement and the API documentation. This use includes using the Google Workspace Admin SDK to: (a) access Google servers; (b) develop a Google Workspace Admin SDK Client; (c) create or administer End User Accounts; and (d) receive content from Customer's End Users through the Google Workspace Admin SDK.\n 2.\n\n ### APIs may change\n\n Because the Google Workspace Admin SDK may change over time, Customer's development of any intellectual property that uses the Google Workspace Admin SDK, or is based on, relates to, or relies upon, the Google Workspace Admin SDK, is at Customer's sole risk.\n4.\n\n Prohibitions\n ------------\n\n In addition to the prohibitions in Section 4 of the API ToS, the following prohibitions apply:\n 1.\n\n ### Email Audit API\n\n The Email Audit API is not designed and should not be used for general backup, archival, or journaling purposes. Google reserves the right to prevent a customer from using the Email Audit API in ways that might adversely impact the performance or usability of the Email Audit API. API Clients using the Email Audit API (\"Email API Clients\") must be created and used for only for Customer's internal purposes, and may not be provided to third parties.
