در حالی که صفر تاچ برای کار با همه دستگاه‌های دارای اندروید 9.0 و بالاتر طراحی شده است، برخی از دستگاه‌ها هستند که به دلیل ناسازگاری نرم‌افزار، لمس صفر مسدود شده است. جدول زیر دستگاه هایی را فهرست می کند که گزارش شده است که لمس صفر به درستی کار نمی کنند.

مشکلات خاص سامسونگ
Wi-Fi AP: برای کاربرانی که با پیام خطای "نمی توان به سیستم دسترسی Wi-Fi AP وارد شد. بازنشانی کارخانه ای غیرمجاز در این دستگاه انجام شده است. صفحه ورود به سیستم قابل دسترسی نیست." ، توصیه می شود از یک AP Wi-Fi استفاده کنید که از پورتال محصور شده استفاده نمی کند، مانند موردی که دستگاه پس از حذف KME (ثبت نام Knox Mobile) به حالت کارخانه بازنشانی می شود. اگر KME از سرور حذف شود، اطلاعات حذف KME باید در دستگاهی که برای آن اتصال Wi-Fi نیز لازم است به روز شود. اگر پورتال اسیر روی Wi-Fi تنظیم شده باشد، پیام خطا ظاهر می شود.
پیکربندی دستگاه: پیکربندی zero-touch و KME در یک دستگاه توصیه نمی شود. پیکربندی دستگاه در هر دو سرویس احتمالاً باعث سردرگمی می شود زیرا تنظیمات ممکن است هماهنگ نباشند، که در صورت بروز مشکلات بیشتر، اشکال زدایی آن دشوار است.
مشکلات دستگاه دو سیم کارته

دستگاه های تلفن همراه بدون تلفن
دستگاه‌هایی که قابلیت اتصال به شبکه تلفن همراه دارند، اما فاقد ویژگی‌های تلفن هستند، مانند تبلت‌های دارای داده، می‌توانند در صورت وجود شرایط زیر از لمس صفر صرفنظر کنند:
- آنها با نسخه خدمات Google Play بین
23.13.12 و 23.39.18 از پیش بارگذاری شده اند. - آنها فقط توسط IMEI آنها ثبت می شوند.
دو راه حل ممکن وجود دارد:
