If you're emailing about a problem or bug with the API, include samples and as much detail as you can. Your detailed message will help us solve your problem faster.
Get help and support
Get help with a problem by contacting your Google Platform Solutions Consultant. Describe your problem in an email, including as much relevant information as possible. Include screenshots if they help explain the problem. Remember to include your Google Account email address.
If you're using the reseller API, include samples of HTTP headers for the request and response connections. Also include the JSON body for requests and responses. Redact personally identifiable information (PII) and authorization tokens from your samples before sending them.
Report a problem
Report problems with the portal or API to us in an email. Include your Google Account email address and a description of the problem. You can also use the feedback form (see below).
Suggest changes or improvements or report bugs by following the steps below. If you're sending feedback about the portal and want to include a screenshot, navigate to the page in the portal before you send feedback.
- Open the portal. You might need to sign in.
- Click Send feedback.
- Type your feedback comments in the text area.
- Click Send.
