Ứng dụng khách yêu cầu tạo một yêu cầu đặt trước sau khi kiểm tra tình trạng còn chỗ của khung giờ được yêu cầu và nhận được thông báo là có chỗ. Phần phụ trợ của đối tác sẽ đặt trước khung giờ được yêu cầu và trả về khung giờ đó khi thành công hoặc lỗi logic kinh doanh (ví dụ: nếu khung giờ không còn trống hoặc nếu khoản thanh toán không hợp lệ, v.v.) khi không thành công.
Thông tin về người dùng và khoản thanh toán sẽ được cung cấp ở bước này.
