醫療照護預約整合政策
下列整合政策適用於醫療預約整合。
我們的政策可確保使用者在與預約可用時間功能互動時,能獲得一致的使用者體驗。不符合這項政策的預約將無法顯示給使用者。
- 預約連結必須顯示預約類型、地點和可預約時間,且使用者不必採取進一步互動
- 預約類型不得包含錯誤的數字或字元,例如 “B)”
- 預約類型不得有拼寫錯誤或打字錯誤
- 預約類型的長度不得超過 30 個半形字元
- 預約類型不得要求患者撥打電話預約,或需要額外轉介,因為這些類型的預約無法透過預約可用性功能進行操作。
- 不支援臨櫃預約類型
- 不支援緊急部門 [appointment types/zh-TW/actions-center/verticals/healthcare/appointments/reference/feeds/appointment-type-feed) 和其他緊急部門設施的預約。
- 所有 [appointment /content/zh-TW/actions-center/verticals/healthcare/appointments/reference/feeds/appointment-type-feed)
必須遵守 Google 搜尋功能的標準內容政策
- 預約連結:只能將使用者導向具備執照和證照的醫療照護機構預約
- 醫療保健預約不支援採用輔助和另類療法的供應商。
- 預約連結必須讓使用者完成預約訂位
- 預約連結必須連往開放存取預約頁面,也就是說,系統不應提示使用者登入或註冊
- 預約連結必須可供醫療照護預約檢索器存取
- 網頁和任何必要資源都必須成功載入
- robots.txt 不得封鎖醫療預約檢索器
- 醫療預約檢索器不必完成人機驗證
- 醫療預約檢索器必須能夠嘗試並成功完成每個預約連結每天 30 次的要求
在健康照護系統層級,動態饋給的精確度必須持續高於 95%。系統會比較透過動態饋給傳送的資料,與供應商網站上列出的資料,以判斷準確性。
