क्लाइंट, किसी मौजूदा बुकिंग में बदलाव करने या उसे रद्द करने के लिए, UpdateBooking का इस्तेमाल करता है.
अगर बुकिंग अपडेट करने में, कारोबार के लॉजिक से जुड़ी कोई गड़बड़ी होती है, तो गड़बड़ी की जानकारी UpdateBookingResponse.booking_failure फ़ील्ड में भरी जानी चाहिए और एचटीटीपी स्टेटस 200 के साथ भेजी जानी चाहिए.

अनुरोध मैसेज में, बुकिंग फ़ील्ड में अपडेट की गई जानकारी शामिल होती है.
अनुरोध में booking_id शामिल होगा, ताकि अपडेट की जाने वाली बुकिंग की पहचान की जा सके. इसमें ये भी शामिल होंगे:
- स्लॉट की जानकारी अपडेट करना (बुकिंग में बदलाव करना)
- बदला जाने वाला स्टेटस (बुकिंग रद्द करना)
