The Waitlist integration allows users to add themselves directly to a merchant's waitlist via Google Maps or Google Search.
How to get started
To begin an integration, complete the following steps:
- Review Merchant and service eligibility criteria and policy documentation.
- Read the overview of your integration type.
- Complete the
Interest form or work with your Google business
development contact to begin the integration.
- If you already have an existing Reservations End-to-End or Business Link integration, file a new support case indicating the additional integration or add-on that you'd like to request.
