Es común que los sistemas de reservas permitan a los usuarios ingresar una solicitud especial cuando hacen una reserva. Los usuarios pueden dejar una nota para la reserva, por ejemplo, si la ocasión es un evento especial o si hay alguna restricción que el comercio debe conocer. El Centro de Acciones puede admitir esta funcionalidad si habilitas la función de cuadro de solicitud especial. Esta función es una configuración para todos los socios y no se puede establecer por comercio.
Estos son algunos casos de uso comunes:
Para informar que la ocasión es un evento especial
Si el usuario tiene alguna restricción alimentaria que el restaurante debe conocer
Agrega detalles más específicos a un servicio genérico que proporciona el socio.

A continuación, se indican los pasos para habilitar esta función:
Establece la sección supports_additional_reqeust de WaitlistRules en el feed de servicios en true en Sandbox.
Nuestro servidor comenzará a completar el campo additional_request en CreateWaitlistEntry en Sandbox.
En Sandbox, realiza pruebas para asegurarte de que las solicitudes especiales (additional_request) se manejen correctamente.
Cuando esté probado y listo, envía tu feed de servicios con supports_additional_request = true a tu servidor de SFTP de producción y realiza los cambios correspondientes a tu entorno de servidor de reservas de producción.
